Where do you ship from?
Ancient Graffiti ships from our headquarters/warehouse in Mundelein, IL.

Do you have an opening order minimum?
Initial orders and subsequent reorders must meet the minimum of $150.00 for new customers and $100 for reorders. All initial orders must be prepaid by credit card.

How can I establish Net 30 terms?
You may fax at least 1 bank reference and 3-5 trade references to (847) 726 7097 for credit approval. A representative of Ancient Graffiti will notify you of the status of your application. Please remember that this process may be a timely process depending on the response time of your references. Keep this in mind when giving your ship date. We take all measures necessary to expedite terms and our customer service department will contact you with anything we may need to move this process along smoothly.

When will my credit card be charged?
Ancient Graffiti will only charge your card when your order ships. You will not be charged for items that may be back ordered at that time.

How do you handle backorders?
Although we make every effort to ship orders complete, items not shipped are automatically placed on backorder and shipped as soon as available. If you do not wish to receive backorders please notify us and your request will become part of your customer record.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Prior to credit approval, we accept all major credit cards; Amex, MC, Visa and Discover.

How do you handle past due accounts?
No orders will be shipped until all overdue balances are cleared. Overdue accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge.

How do you ship?
Unless otherwise requested we ship UPS.

Are there replacement tubes available for the Rain Gauges offered by Ancient Graffiti?
Yes. Replacement Tubes are available. Wholesale customers can log in and find them under Miscellaneous.

Are your products recycled?
Ancient Graffiti uses recycled material whenever possible. Our customers appreciate the sustainability of recycled products and so do we. All of our metal and brass products are fashioned from recycled materials. Ancient Graffiti's packaging is also produced from recycled cardboard.

Minumums:
Our opening minimum order is $150 and $100 on reorders. Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover cards are accepted and are the simplest and quickest way to order with no processing delay.

Terms:
To establish credit for subsequent orders, please mail, fax, or email three to five business references. Please be sure to include address, phone number, fax number, and name of contact.

Back Orders:
It is our intention and priority to fill all orders in a timely manner. However, on rare occasions we enter into a back order situation on items whose popularity has exceeded our expectations. Items not shipped will automatically be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as available. If you do not want to receive backorders please contact customer service. You will only be invoiced for merchandise that has shipped.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped UPS or LTL depending on the size of the order. ANCIENT GRAFFITI packs your orders carefully, but please check your shipment on arrival and make any damage claims to customer service within 10 days of receipt. All shipments are F.O.B Lake Zurich, IL 60047.

Payment Terms and Other Information:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Merchandise is billed at prices valid at the time of delivery. Established Accounts: Net 30 days. We charge 1.5% interest per month on all accounts past 30 days.
