Why Use Crimson Azalea in the Landscape?
Crimson Landscape Gallery
Three Types Of Azaleas:
Crimson Majesty Azalea - Fullsize
Crimson Queen Azalea - Simi-dwarf
Crimson Princess Azalea - Dwarf
Crimson Azalea
The “Crimson Azalea”series was developed from a
sport of the Red Formosa Southern Indica group.
The value of the “Crimson” series is the wonderful
contrast it provides with the variety of greens in
the landscape. Color contrast enhances the
landscape so as to make a basically green
landscape “come alive” with its wonderful
crimson/burgundy color. The outstanding
crimson foliage of this azalea, allows you to lace
color throughout your landscape all year long,
with blooms in mid-season. The “CrimsonAzalea” comes in three different sizes allowing you the
right plant for any landscape application. The
“Crimson Azalea” Majesty at maturity is 5 ft. high and 4 ft. wide, can be maintained at 4 ft. It can be
planted next to walls without windows or away
from structures as a stand-alone masterpiece of
color the “Crimson Azalea” Queen at maturity is 4 ft. high and 3 ft. wide, can be maintained at 3 ft. It can be planted under high windows or in suitable
landscape design away from structures.
