Providing guidance through the foliage buying process and making sure our customers are happy is the hallmark of our organization. Our 10 acre growing facility is located in the heart of "The Foliage Capital of the World", Apopka Fl., where we specialize in growing a select number of florist quality foliage. These include Ivy, Pothos and Ferns.

Established in 1986 -- Our Founder, Hugh G. McComas, a native of Kansas City, MO, married a girl from Puerto Rico and moved there to raise his family. While there, he purchased a nursery in Maunabo, PR, on the southern part of the island, which later expanded to Florida. Yes, our name is a combination of Florida and Puerto Rico. The Florico Foliage headquarters is located in the heart of "The Foliage Capital of the World", Apopka FL. We were founded in 1986 when our founder purchased a 28 acre nursery west of Apopka on Hogshead Rd. We soon grew to three locations and thereafter settled down to where we are today on Keene Road.



We grow over 50 plant varieties, and trade in over 1,000 others that our partner growers produce. We ship to all points of the United States, Canada, Bahamas, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. By listening to our customer’s needs and applying what we learn has helped us create an organization that is truly a partner to our clients.
