We began composting 15 years ago as a way to dispose of the manure our family’s cattle feedlot produced. Through composting, our biggest liability became our biggest asset. We have been long time cattlemen, and we learned that the feed we provided for our cattle had a profound effect on the compost we produce. Cows turn feed into manure and grinders turn wood into mulch, and we brought these ingredients together to make one of the industry’s leading compost.



Through our years of experience and many innovations, we have found ways to increase the microorganisms needed to feed the soil. Healthy soil leads to healthy plants, and our compost is full of beneficial microbes and fungi that will invigorate any plant. We have one of the best compost, and the only OMRI certified compost on the Western Slope of Colorado.
